3. Look at the battery slices. Each battery slice on the battery board is complete and is cut as a whole. However, many irregular manufacturers on the market use broken battery cells to splice them together to form seemingly complete battery cells for welding. When we observe, we will see if there are any traces of cutting. There are great risks in this method, which may not be obvious at the beginning, but the spliced battery sheets are easily disconnected again later, affecting the use of the entire battery panel. Of course, this situation is difficult to detect with the naked eye.

4. Look at the back to see the pressure-bearing quality on the back, and whether there are any unevenness after pressure-bearing, such as bubbles, wrinkles, etc.

5. Look at the frame. Due to the low barriers to entry in the solar panel industry, many small manufacturers use manual framing. Since the intensity of manual framing is uneven each time, the contact tightness of the frame is also uneven, and the shape is not strict. The rectangular shape is also greatly reduced in firmness. Nowadays, aluminum alloy frames are generally used.

6. Look at the silicone to see if the silicone is evenly distributed around the back and whether it has penetrated tightly into the gap between the back panel and the frame.

7. Carefully observe whether there are leaks in the string welding of the battery cells. Also check whether the battery cells are arranged in an orderly manner.

8. Look at the junction box. Finally, check whether the junction box is firm and whether the lid of the junction box can be firmly and tightly attached to the junction box. Check whether the cable lock can rotate freely and whether it can be tightened.

9. Look at the price if it is difficult to distinguish among the above. The safest way is to compare prices. Domestic battery panel prices fluctuate. Although not absolute, there is a general range. If the price given by the manufacturer is far lower than the market price, then we must carefully distinguish it. Finally, the manufacturer is required to issue corresponding battery panel certificates, qualification documents, etc.
